Mild, peppery flavor with hints of mustard. They are crisp and tender, with a slightly sweet taste.
Good source of vitamins A, C, and K. Contain folate, manganese, and other nutrients.
Mizuna microgreen seeds
Use 13g seeds per tray using 30x21cm trays
Add the potting mix into white tray. Gently flatten the potting soil. Evenly spread the Mizuna seeds over the soil.
Be sure you don’t group them too much to prevent mould.
Give it a thorough spray but do not oversaturate.
Cover your crop with another tray(when you have another green tray place this into the white tray on top of the seeds to keep light out and moisture in.
Check for water and spray twice a day. Don't drench! When roots start appearing please give them also a light spay this to prevent drying out.
When you see leaves, move your crop to a well lit location and start watering from below.Harvest between 5 and 11 days. When little plants are between 5 and 7 cm they are ready to be harvested.
